FAQ/Return Policy

Retail Location

We have temporarily closed our San Diego retail location to focus on product development and to relocate our workshop. We are still cranking along and will be coming out with lots of awesome products over this next year! Stay tuned on the website and please sign up for our email list to get the most recent updates! 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the original purchase date. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the refund amount will be the order value minus the amount Bradley Mountain paid to ship the item to you. For example if your Item was $150 and free shipping, but Bradley Mountain paid $10 to ship the item to you, then your refund amount (once your item is received back) would be $140. 

To complete your return, we require your order number and reason for return.

Sale items and any customizations are final-sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Repairs

We take pride in building durable goods for your adventurous lifestyle. If you have a Bradley Mountain product that needs repair (even wear & tear damages) ship it back to us with order details and description of the problem & we will fix it and ship it back to you. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

If there is a manufacturing issue with your product, please contact us and we'll send you a return label.

*Items purchased as a "SAMPLE" are not eligible for repairs or returns. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Bradley Mountain is not responsible for returns lost in transit and will not refund items unless they have been received in our warehouse first. All returned goods must be in new and unused condition. Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund. 

Domestic Shipping

We try our best to ship orders as quickly and simply as possible! If your tracking states the package is delivered but it's no where to be found, don't panic! This happens from time to time. Make sure to check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, roof and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up 3 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.

Shipping Internationally
We ship internationally to all countries! Please note that you will be responsible for taxes, duties and/or customs charges incurred. Once we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. If you refuse to pay customs or import duties, the package could be abandoned by the carrier and your order may not be refunded.
